Chocolate Peppermint Latte
Christmas is a time of sharing time, memories, experiences & food with our loved ones. It's a time to enjoy a little decadence and indulgence. This year, Guide 2 Coffee has chosen to celebrate two flavours that work so well together, chocolate & mint. We have combined this classic combination into a drinkable, caffeinated delight for you to enjoy this festive season!
You Will Need
1 Cup of Milk
60 mls of Espresso
6 Teaspoons Dark Chocolate Flakes / 4 Teaspoons Dark Chocolate Powder
1 Teaspoon Peppermint Essence
Begin by brewing your espresso and pouring this into your serving mug.
Scoop the chocolate flakes and peppermint essence into the espresso and stir until combined.
Steam the milk using your espresso machine, or heat on the stove top until it reaches around 65-70 degrees celsius. Once ready, pour this into your mug to serve. If you like top it with some freshly whipped cream & sprinkles for extra decadence!!
