That is coffee that you paid for, so why waste it when you can use it?
Coffee Cubes
Works best with french press, or drip filter leftovers
Who needs a watered down iced coffee? Why use ice cubes when you can use coffee cubes!!! Perfect for chilling down that coffee beverage on a hot day and super easy.
Simply take an empty ice cube tray, and cold left over coffee. Pour the left over coffee into the ice cube tray and place in your freezer.
These will store indefinitely, but they absolutely will not last that long. Next time you make up an iced long black, iced coffee, iced latte use these Coffee Cubes instead of Ice to keep your coffee strong & cold.
The Espresso Jar
Works best with leftover espresso
This one is super simple, great to keep around for a quick coffee treat for when you don't want worry about doing a whole fresh brew. Take one clean jar, the type that you might use for storing jams and preserves. Now each time you have leftovers from your Stovetop espresso, or you make one too many espresso's on your machine simply pour them into this jar.
Store the jar in your refrigerator. When you have a hankering for an iced latte or iced coffee don't worry about brewing a fresh espresso, just use the already cold coffee you have in your fridge. This is way quicker to get your fix and the coffee is already chilled so you don't need loads of extra ice.
Of course some left over espresso is always a great excuse to make a delicous Tiramisu!!
